Pick up/Drop Off:
A $500 Security deposit per rental vehicle is collected at the time of rental and will be refunded to the customer upon the timely return of the rental except as described below in Terms, Conditions and Liability.

Terms, Conditions and Liability:
I accept full financial responsibility for the vehicle I am renting. I promise to return it undamaged by the agreed date and time. If I fail to do so, I will pay for its repair or replacement at the full retail rate, as determined by Cape Auto Sales, LLC. If the items are returned late, I agree to pay for the additional days at the daily rate per day late.
Renter warrants that he/she has a valid policy of insurance covering you, us and the rental vehicle for the collision, comprehensive and liability and is not an assigned risk. Cape Auto Sales LLC maintains insurance coverage in accordance with MO state law which is secondary to any other valid and collectable insurance available to you. Any coverage afforded to you will be the minimum limits prescribed by the law. Any PIP, med pay, no fault, uninsured motorists, or underinsured motorists coverage is rejected where permitted by laws.
Smoking is prohibited. Any disregard to this policy will result in a $50 cleaning charge.
